Performance formats

Choose the format that fits your venue, run sheet, and audience. Formats can be combined.

Gala & Award Nights

Feature show

A timed, choreographed performance that serves as the entertainment highlight. Typically 10-20 minutes, positioned as a standalone act between courses or after the awards segment.

Conferences & Launches

High-energy opener

A short, explosive performance designed to open the event, energise the room before a keynote, or mark a product reveal moment.

Cocktail & Networking

Roving performers

Dancers move through the crowd during arrivals or cocktail hour - creating visual energy without requiring a stage or seated audience.

Team Events & Activations

Interactive workshop

Guests participate in a short samba movement session. Structured to feel inclusive - not awkward - and works especially well for team-building programs and brand activations.

What planners actually need to know

The questions that matter before a corporate entertainment booking.

What do you need from us before the event?

Event date and time, venue address, available performance space dimensions, sound system access or AV contact, run-sheet timing, and any dress code or theme direction. The earlier these are confirmed, the cleaner the coordination.

How much space does the performance need?

A feature show requires a clear floor space of approximately 4m x 4m minimum. Roving entertainment works in any crowd density. Workshop formats need enough room for participant movement - typically 2m2 per person.

Do you provide your own sound?

We can perform with a venue's existing PA system. A technical rider with input requirements is provided at booking confirmation. Live percussion can be added where venue permits.

Can the performance be customised to our brand or event theme?

Yes. Costume colour direction, music selection, and the format sequence can be adjusted within the standard package scope. More specific brand integrations are discussed during the quote process.

What is the lead time for a corporate booking?

Four to six weeks is a comfortable minimum for a standard booking. Peak periods - Christmas, EOFY, award season - require earlier enquiry. Some requests can be accommodated with less notice.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is based on performance format, number of performers, duration, and any optional add-ons (live percussion, additional dancers, extended roving time). A quote is provided after the initial brief is received.
