Staging requirements for venue coordinators
Floor space
Minimum 4m x 4m clear floor. Larger is better - contact us for your venue dimensions.
Sound
Standard PA with 2 line inputs. Full technical rider provided at booking confirmation.
Bump-in
30 minutes minimum. Exact bump-in time confirmed with the venue coordinator.
Lighting
House or stage lighting is sufficient. Specialist lighting rigs are not required.
Noise level
Performance music is approx. 80-85dB, suitable for most hotel ballrooms.
Floor surface
Timber, vinyl, or low-pile carpet. High-pile carpet and cobblestone are not suitable.

Yes - a private changing space is required. A standard dressing room or green room is sufficient.
