Virtual & Specialist Samba Workshops
A structured, facilitated team experience delivered online for remote teams, hybrid events, and specialist professional groups.
What a virtual workshop looks like
The format is built for screens - not retrofitted from an in-person class.
Pre-session
Platform link and technical check sent 48 hours in advance.
Welcome
Instructor welcomes the group and sets a warm, non-performative tone.
Movement warm-up
Simple seated and standing rhythm exercises for any office or home space.
Samba basics
Core samba no pe step, hip movement, and arms are broken into small increments.
Group close
The group performs the routine together on camera for a shared screen moment.
What the host needs to arrange
The platform, the people, and a clear space. That is the full setup.
Platform
Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet. The instructor joins as co-host.
Camera
Visible from waist up if possible. Laptop, external webcam, or phone camera is fine.
Space
Enough room to stand and move both arms out to the sides.
Sound
Music is broadcast through the instructor's audio. Participants need speakers or headphones.
Group size
5 to 100 participants. Larger groups benefit from a host-side co-facilitator.
Duration
45 minutes standard. 60 or 90 minute options available.
Tailored to your professional context
